PACK THE PRODUCTS

Pack all the products you wish to return. Include proof of purchase such as a receipt or invoice. Make sure the items are securely protected for transport.

SEND THE SHIPMENT

Send your package in a convenient way. Choose your preferred return method and address it to the address provided below.

SHIP THE PARCEL

Send the package using your preferred shipping method. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

WAIT FOR THE REFUND

Wait for your refund, which will be processed within 7 days. The funds will be returned to the bank account used for the original payment.

If you would like the refund to be issued to a different bank account than the one used to pay for the order, please inform us by email.

Let us know by email that you’ve returned your order. Please include the order number and information about the items you’re returning. This will help speed up the refund process.

RETURN RULES:

The returned product must be:

1. In pristine condition (no signs of use)
2. Complete with tags
3. In original packaging
4. With proof of purchase (receipt or invoice):
   
   • receipt - please enclose the original receipt showing the returned goods
   • invoice - please enclose a copy of the invoice showing the goods being returned

    

   In the case of partial returns, we will issue a correction invoice and send it by e-mail to the address shown on the order. The refund depends on the form of payment and can be made via the electronic payment system Przelewy24 or by traditional transfer. The money will be refunded within 7 working days of registering the return in our system. The customer is entitled to a refund of the full amount of the order and the cheapest form of shipment offered by our online shop. The product should be sent back at your own expense to the address:
